These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at doodybros.biz, the customer portal, and the dog-waste pickup services (collectively, the "Services") offered by DoodyBros LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("DoodyBros," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

DoodyBros provides scheduled removal of pet waste from a customer's property within a defined service area in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. Service frequency, scope, and price are agreed at the time of subscription and may be adjusted with notice as described below.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age and the property owner, or otherwise authorized to grant access to the property serviced. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including service address, gate access, dog count, and contact details.

3. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

• Service is billed on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at signup. Charges are processed via the payment processor associated with our field-services platform (currently Jobber Payments).
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial periods.
• If a scheduled visit cannot be completed because of property-access issues (locked gate, dog at large, severe weather), the visit may be rescheduled or skipped at our discretion without refund of the recurring fee.

4. Property access and safety

You are responsible for ensuring safe property access during scheduled service windows: gate unlocked, hazards noted, and dogs secured. Our crew may decline to enter a property when conditions appear unsafe and may rebill or skip the visit accordingly.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoodyBros's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DoodyBros harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate information, or harm caused by your dog or other property conditions during service visits.

7. Photography and identifiable property

Our crew may photograph job sites for quality-assurance and dispute resolution. Photos remain internal unless you explicitly consent to use of recognizable property images in marketing.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
